Open for business

Opening Day at Wrigley Field in Chicago! It was such a great day for baseball and even though the Cubs lost, it was still something spectacular! Cubbie girl goes every year to Opening day, but this was my first time. Thankfully there was no snow and no rain like in past years and it was chilly in the shade but there was really nothing to complain about.


Our seats were along the fence way, way, way down the third base line. The only place to go from here was down. Everyone in this picture was late for opening day. They must have been coming from Yak-Zies big bash that started at 5:30AM. I stopped by at 10am to visit Kansas, saw Billy Corgan instead, but couldn't get in without standing in line for hours.
