New Year, New Look

I've hit another milestone...today is my 1 year blog-iversary. Woo-hoo...party time! I can't believe how fast the time has gone and all that I've experienced in that year. I've had my ups and downs, but somehow I've managed to have a great year. I've given my site a little face lift to mark the occasion and I think it's a little more enjoyable than the orange of the past. It's not the only thing getting a face lift this weekend, I'm also painting another room in my place and can't wait for it to be finished. I don't have enough lamps to start painting tonight but I will be starting early tomorrow morning and should be done by noon. Hopefully I'll get motivated to do the taping shortly and finish moving the rest of the furniture out so that all I have to do in the morning is grab a brush and start painting. And after that, I'll just sit back and admire the change. I just hope this doesn't turn me into Martha Stewart.
