not today

Nothing is going to bother me today! Not work, not my boss, not the weather or the traffic chaos. Not even my apartment falling to pieces...which is starting to happen. My shower head fell off the wall today while I was at work. I knew it would happen eventually, but of course Murphy's Law rules my world, so it happens right before I have a weekend visitor. My MacGuyver skills have kicked in and I've rigged a temporary fix until the maintenance guys come to fix it...probably tomorrow when we're trying to get busy.

And today has turned out much better than expected...I didn't have to go to work until 10am and then I even got out at 4pm! Today rocks! And Fenway will be here in under 3 hours!! It's going to be a fun weekend! Okay...that's a lot of exclamation points, but I'm a little excited...can you tell?

Not sure if I'll have time to post this weekend but I'll definitely have some stories for next week.
