this is getting ridiculous

It's midnight and I'm still at the office - doing NOTHING! And they won't let me leave. I usually don't hate very much in this world but this is just getting stupid. They are making me stick around to wait for the testing of data, which I will not be doing and then I get to go home...maybe. Do they not understand how ridiculous it is to have everyone stay late? We're exhausted and will be again tomorrow. How productive do they think we will be when they ask us to do this every day? This job has become a joke and I'm tired of putting up with their stupidity. You'd think such a large multinational corporation would have a better idea how to run a project that deals with billions of dollars. But they don't have a clue. And no one is able to stand up and take responsibility for their failures so far. I can guarantee the developers will be blamed for their downfall....including me...and we'll play the scapegoat once again.

It's definitely time to jump ship.
